• Processing Timeline: Please allow seven business days for your order to be personally curated, inspected, and wrapped in our signature style. Certain outsourced products may be processed even quicker.

• Collection Model: We release items in limited periods. Once a collection is sold out, those specific items and aesthetics may not return, making each package a timed treasure.

• Tracking: You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your package begins its journey!

While we strive to show every detail accurately, please keep in mind that slight variations in size, minor surface knicks, or internal inclusions can occasionally happen. These are simply natural traits of authentic stones. Similarly, because of natural lighting or screen settings, colors may look slightly different in person. We don’t expect these small variations to happen often, but they are part of the unique personality of each piece and we hope you find them as special as we do.

• Energetic Cleansing: To ensure your stones arrive ready for their new home, every crystal is energetically and physically cleansed before being tucked into its wrapping. This clears the stone’s energy for its journey, allowing it to arrive with a fresh, neutral frequency ready to resonate with you.

All Sales Final: Most items are final sale. We do not offer returns or exchanges for change of heart.

• Damages & Issues: If an item arrives damaged, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the packaging and the item at connect@strangelittlevalentines.com

• Exchanges: On a case-by-case basis (excluding custom valentines), we may offer an exchange for store credit. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
